I imagine most visitors to White Hill are just passing through on their way somewhere else. Today on St Patrick's Day there was no shortage of visitors, enduring a cold wind blowing across the ridge.

The most striking thing about White Hill is the views, not only of the nearby mountains but also the Roundwood Lakes, down to the sea, and north to Howth. This hill is also notable for being the highest point on the Wicklow Way.

A couple of largish rocks in a grassy area at the southern end of the ridge mark the likely high point, and serve as a good place to stop briefly to enjoy the views.
