Follow main forest east of south then south. At stile keep to track on right hand side and follow this up to Mhuscrai lake. Climb grassy slope to ridge and walk southeast to o' Loughnans Castle, Head eastwards to Greenane summit 802m at triangulation pillar. Continue northeast to Farbrega 1.6Km approx now head northwest back to forest near start. Excellent views all along ridge
