From Cadair Idris after a cup of much needed warm tae in the survival hut we headed out into the very cold wind. We headed in a north easterly direction with a small gentle descent and small gentle ascent to the large cairn Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/B2138/comment/22347/

Summit in the distance

This mountain is the highest climb from the base in all of Wales and the temperature at the top in winter as I have experienced twice is quite considerable. Also the summit is totally exposed to the sea breeze so wrap up ! Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/B2138/comment/22348/
