Started from the carpark just south of the Sally Gap, followed broken track up to Carrigvore, then kept left on the way across to gravale. Picked up the track again and followed it up to duff hill. From the summit, retraced steps back to the col below duff hill and picked up a trail back to the military road. Great views on a clear day, even if the ground is somewhat uneven:)
