From the car Park at the top of Ditchling Road follow the National Trust track to Ditchling Beacon. This is the third highest point in the Southern Downs and there are extensive views down towards Brighton to the South and North East towards London Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/B2912/comment/20967/
