A quick up and down with great views!

Summited this hill from the south. Started from a closed gate directly south of the summit. A third is farm track, a third field and a third is firebreak. At the top of the firebreak you have to cross a short section of ferns then a fence into a short section of field with the trig pillar. It's 20 to 30 minutes to the top and back - the gps track is too short to load. Trackback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1274/comment/17838/

Situated adjacent to the village the hill is easily accessible via a forest entrance located between two houses at R3979135683 A. Access is not an issue as the locals use the plantation for walking in. By following the fire break at the rear of the house on your left which adjacent to the farm boundary will bring you close to the summit area. On reaching the summit ridge go left thru a fence well used for this purpose and you will see the trig in open field on your right. Trackback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1274/comment/17990/
