This was the great day on the Comeragh Crossing as specified by https://www.irishmountainchallenges.com/comeragh-crossing
The challenge start is the Old Bridge in Clonmal and the finish at Duke of Devonshire Bridge in Dungravan. Summit names listed in the challange details were taken from East-West mapping.
Croughduff(Carrignagower) was reached after 4.5 hours (20km) by which the majority of the climbing is done. Granted the next couple of hours were a bit of a slog crossing the very boggy ground that is Comeragh Plateau before the better ground after Seefin. From here its a real pleasure with the wonderful views towards Dungravan and the sea. 10km from the final summit Cruachan to the finish half of which is on the road.

NOTE: ALL information such as Ascent, Length and Creator time taken etc should be regarded as approximate. The creator's comments are opinions and may not be accurate or still correct.
Your time to complete will depend on your speed plus break time and your mode of transport. For walkers: Naismith's rule, an approximate though often inaccurate estimate, suggests a time of 12h 36m + time stopped for breaks
NOTE: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.

* Note: A GPS Height in the elevation profile is sourced from the device that recorded the track. An "SRTM" height is derived from a model of elevations for parts of the earth. More detail
