This walk has a great parking area (see map) and directly opposite the car parking is the start of the trail. We missed the start and took the road but access to the woodland was found here also. Follow the signs posted up through the native woodland/ wooded hedgerow and if you are lucky you may see some woodpeckers - we saw 2 on the way up and down, a wonderful sight. Once on the upper hill and in the commercial forest area, follow the signs for the loop walk, but don't forget to tag the summit which requires leaving the marked way but still on a forest track up and down to the summit mast/ area. Sadly no great views but the woodpeckers made the outing well worth it.
