I took advantage of the snow to take a trip to Mullaghash in the Sperrins, looking for something relatively easy. Little did I know that back problems would mean this would be my last walk for almost 3 months, and it would be even longer until I could tackle any larger mountains again. If I was to have an enforced break however, this was a great one to temporarily end on. The snow made the Sperrins look much more grand and exotic than normal, even if it did make for harder walking at times. The deep snow also hid the sweat house and any other ancient sites that I may have passed. As usual for me, you shouldn't pay much attention to the time taken for the walk as I lingered for ages taking in the views and taking photos.
