Start at 7,560ft and end at 2,260ft. Maximum gradients encountered were 47.1% and -56.3%.

Day 7
We had what you could call a "rest" day today.
Evening at our flat campsite

The locals we interested to show us some local sacred caves higher up the valley slope above Jubari. The led us off a ledge which one could not believe was possible. We followed them along a very precarious track and reached a spot where it was hardly possible to see the caves even standing beside them. We did some pot-holing and relaxed later in the glorious evening sunshine.
Heading up a preciptious track to the caves

Preparing dinner

Then headed back to a glorious evening meal prepared by our chef - called Shergar of all names - and his staff.

NOTE: ALL information such as Ascent, Length and Creator time taken etc should be regarded as approximate. The creator's comments are opinions and may not be accurate or still correct.
Your time to complete will depend on your speed plus break time and your mode of transport. For walkers: Naismith's rule, an approximate though often inaccurate estimate, suggests a time of 3h 39m + time stopped for breaks
NOTE: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.

* Note: A GPS Height in the elevation profile is sourced from the device that recorded the track. An "SRTM" height is derived from a model of elevations for parts of the earth. More detail
