simon3: Track 3533 in area near North Wexford (Ireland)
Courtown/Clones area to Clogga
Length: 11.6km, Creator time taken: 2h50m, Ascent: 79m,
Descent: 76m

Places: Start at T2344664377, end at T2521669388 5.3km N from Start

Beach north of Clones.
Lookout Post 10
From the Castletown/Clones area the walk north to Kilmichael is reasonably interesting being mostly on paths and beaches. There are a series of small bays framed by rocky spurs.
Kilmichael Point.
Unpathed area south of Clogga.
At around T2558 6630 there is the WW2 Look Out Post, number 10. This witnessed many an event including aircraft involved in various attacks on places in Ireland, including one on Dublin on 30/31 May 1941.
The area from Kilmichael north along the coast, which is mostly in Wicklow, has no obvious tracks so I had to go inland and walk along the road.

COMMENTS
No comments uploaded yet.

NOTE: ALL information such as Ascent, Length and Creator time taken etc should be regarded as approximate. The creator's comments are opinions and may not be accurate or still correct.
Your time to complete will depend on your speed plus break time and your mode of transport. For walkers: Naismith's rule, an approximate though often inaccurate estimate, suggests a time of 2h 27m + time stopped for breaks
NOTE: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.

* Note: A GPS Height in the elevation profile is sourced from the device that recorded the track. An "SRTM" height is derived from a model of elevations for parts of the earth. More detail
