Simple up and down to the new Arderin Beg of Caherbarnagh East Top.
There is a new house at W206 890; on the left side of the house a track leads upwards until just below the peak. You walk across an interesting set of north facing cliffs on the ascent; I entended my walk west of the summit a little to take in the view from these cliffs.
