Sheefry Hills...there and back again
Length: 19.0km, Creator time taken: 4h44m, Ascent: 818m,

A full end-to-end traverse of the Sheefry Hills was thwarted by my being solo on this trip (and also by my healthily cultivated by viewings of 80s slasher films disdain for hitch-hiking), so this was my solution. If one puts aside the amount of ground covered twice, I think it is not too bad.

Your time to complete will depend on your speed plus break time and your mode of transport. For walkers: Naismith's rule, a rough and often inaccurate estimate, suggests a time of 5h 10m + time stopped for breaks
Note: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.
