David-Guenot: Track 2875 in area near Knockalongy, Ox Mountains (Ireland)
Lost in the peat hag maze !!
Length: 9.7km, Creator time taken: 4h33m, Ascent: 480m,
Descent: 541m

Places: Start at G52688 29393, Knockalongy, end at Start
Logged as completed by 1
The summit plateau is a real peat hag maze, but hopefully the weather was dry !! I would recommend using the descending route for ascending as well, staying away from the N cliffs; better terrain and better views over the Ocean and Lough Aghree. Care required on the steeper part of the descent, especially under wet conditions.

Your time to complete will depend on your speed plus break time and your mode of transport. For walkers: Naismith's rule, a rough and often inaccurate estimate, suggests a time of 2h 44m + time stopped for breaks
Note: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.
