jackill: Track 2409 in area near Knockaskeo, Nagles Mountains (Ireland)
Bagging two Binnions
Length: 6.2km, Creator time taken: 1h58m, Ascent: 227m,
Descent: 265m

Places: Start at W95016 83907, Knockakeo, Garrylaurence Hill, end at W91177 83478 3.9km W from Start
Logged as completed by 1

A quick easy walk up both these hills , taking in the trig pillar on Knockakeo and an unexpected stone circle in a clearing on Garrylaurence. The summit of the hill was measured to be in this stone circle.
Although the aerial photos show both summits as forested as of 2014 there are easy tracks to follow to both summits with a minimum of tree bashing.

NOTE: ALL information such as Ascent, Length and Creator time taken etc should be regarded as approximate. The creator's comments are opinions and may not be accurate or still correct.
Your time to complete will depend on your speed plus break time and your mode of transport. For walkers: Naismith's rule, an approximate though often inaccurate estimate, suggests a time of 1h 37m + time stopped for breaks
NOTE: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.

* Note: A GPS Height in the elevation profile is sourced from the device that recorded the track. An "SRTM" height is derived from a model of elevations for parts of the earth. More detail
