Two short climbs here with the Rosses strand situated between the two. A nice fresh Autumn day for these walks and wonderful views from both hills despite their modest heights of only 207 and 163 metres.
The terrain consisted mostly of Heather and shortish grasses, a very welcome change from the really long grasses and hidden trip hazards that I have been traversing of late within the Glenveagh national park. So.... Top marks for the work done by the sheep in this area of Donegal, they really are the hikers friend!
