simon3: Track 2007 in area near Knockbrack, Slieve Mish (Ireland)
Three lower summits on a lonely coastal ridge.
Length: 10.8km, Creator time taken: 4h17m, Ascent: 498m, Descent: 530m
Places:Start at Q71626 05218, Knockbrack, Moanlaur, Knockmore, Beenduff, end at Start Logged as completed by 1
While not a very imaginative route, this at least will efficiently reach three summits while affording great views across Cromane and Inch strands. The ridge itself can often form part of a great photographic view with overlapping, repeating shapes disappearing into the mist.
A good walk for a day when cloud obscures higher summits.

Your time to complete will depend on your speed plus break time and your mode of transport. For walkers: Naismith's rule, an approximate though often inaccurate estimate, suggests a time of 3h 0m + time stopped for breaks
NOTE: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.
* Note: A GPS Height in the elevation profile is sourced from the device that recorded the track. An "SRTM" height is derived from a model of elevations for parts of the earth. More detail
