Easy ridge walk to wee Benbaun, then Benbrack, followed by a very steep climb (some scrambling) to Muckanaght. After the steep decent to the col, a relatively easy climb of Benfree and Benbaun. Care needed on the decent (boulder fields) to Glencorbet. Muckanaght can be avoided by picking a route from the col below Benbrack to the col between Muckanaght and Benfree.
