wicklore: Track 1398 in area near Meenard Mountain, Sperrin Mountains (Ireland)
The high Sperrins
Length: 11.8km, Creator time taken: 4h21m, Ascent: 766m, Descent: 770m
Places:Start at H67748 96049, Meenard Mountain, Mullaghaneany, Oughtmore, Mullaghsallagh, end at Start Logged as completed by 1
A walk taking in several of the high Sperrin summits. It starts by following a delighful stream, and continues across pleasant bog, heather and steep grassy slopes. A fenceline can be used as a handrail for several sections. The final haul up to Mullaghsallagh is tiring, and there are two stream crossings - one at the start and one at the end of the walk. Fine views abound on this pleasant Sperrin ramble.

Note: It is up to you to ensure that your route is appropriate for you and your party to follow bearing in mind all factors such as safety, weather conditions, experience and access permission.
