Like most welsh lanes the road to the south is narrow. However there is reasonable parking to south (8 plus places) From this car park three hills can be summitted with ease Moel Artur Moel Plas Yw and Moel LLys-Y Coed Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/b5155/comment/21380/
