Long trek to summit over difficult track in parts

Parked to east at the car park called Graigddu-Isaf. walked west through the forest and proceeded up track towards Bwlch Tyddiad and the roman steps. So far so good and than i turned onto the track that lead to Llyn Du, a loose track that consists of slippy rock, heather and goes up and down, this was not so simple. However on occasions it was reasonable enough but overall slow going on the descending parts. At the lake which was a little under 500 metres i took a rough track and some scrambling to the twin tops on this peak.
