Short climb to summit from track

We parked to the west on minor road off the A494 and parked at wide area just past bridge and cattle grid. Walked back a short distance to a Mosquiot engine (!) at entrance to Farm track. We followed this permissive path past a farmhouse (Esgair Gawr) and followed track that went in and out of forest until it exits onto open ground. This is another way to climb Aran Fawddwy to the east but we turned North and followed forest edge for a while. Than we headed for a rocky mound over the heather. This summit is unmarked. Linkback:

Here can be seen the descent the exit for forest is slightly out of shot to the right. Tussocky wet grass to contend with once off track Linkback:
