One metre short of 600.....
by Fergalh  30 Mar 2022
From Foel -fras there is a very long walk out along the edge of the forest and valley heading roughly north with a few fences, stiles and a good few boggy areas to cross. Eventually after 3 km or so you come to the final ascent to the summit which is marked with a stone wind shelter. This peak is a mere metre short of 600 metres Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/B3362/comment/23468/

Long trek to summit
by Fergalh  30 Mar 2022
As can be seen from Foel-fras a semi circular walk south and than north leads to a long trek to summit. This is very boggy in places and was still so after 5 dry days Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/b3362/comment/23469/
