From Feol Pandy head south till you reach track, Than follow track into forest heading roughly south east as high as you can and than follow convenient forest ride to edge of forest. Climb fence and a short swift climb will lead you to top marked with a brick trig pillar Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/B2148/comment/22642/
