New car park
Short Summary created by wicklore, Fergalh  27 Oct 2020
Even though I walked from the south there is a new car park to the west high up in the forest if you don't want a big pull up the hill Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/B15634/comment/16869/

Not an easy hill to pronounce known to locals as The Tump

Parked at the village of Risca, a popular climb from below (known to locals as The Tump), although since I climbed there is a new car park in the forest higher up! Worth every second with a nice pull on the way up. Great views through the trees. Follow track and when at the brow of the hill turn east to the obvious summit with trig pillar...and don't miss the ancient ring fort! Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/B15634/comment/21061/
