Winter Sun
by cuan  22 Dec 2013
It stopped raining, parked at A, along forest road took right at L then uphill, left then right at M along open road. Bright winter sun once out of forest. After slow bend took steep path on left to trig. 25 minutes park to peak. Returned by forest road L. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/949/comment/15288/

What A Great Walk At Knockanuartha (the 12 o'clock hills)
by rineanna  10 Aug 2016
A small group of locals have taken it on themselves to make this a really great walk. Really clearly waymarked and improved under foot regularly (a new foot bridge in the past months). It's just 20 minutes from Shannon Airport and there is great parking and easy access. Really worth a visit if you're in the Clare/Limerick area Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/949/comment/18611/
