A boggy trek or a national looped walk
Short Summary created by jackill  6 Dec 2012
Park on the roadside at C64255 43318 A, room for only one car. Head east on a muddy track turning right at an indistinct junction to pick up another track at C64367 43326 B(approximately). Follow this, and it becomes very, very wet and muddy, to a dirt road at C65133 43496 C.Cross the road and head uphill, handrailing a wire fence across bog to the summit .Crocknasmug can also be climbed by way of the Inishowen Head Loop. Trailhead 23 of the National Looped Walks - parking in the car park beside Stroove Lighthouse and walking in a clockwise direction - turning left at C6618044014 D (Point H) to the summit which is marked by a column of 4" concrete blocks.
