Bleantasour and Bleantasourmountain are townlands in the parish of Seskinan. Cnoc Bhléantas Odhar is given as the Irish form of the latter at logainm.ie. Most of the townland names containing the word "mountain" in this part of Co. Super valley, easy two-hour walk

Bagged this as well as Milk Hill Easter 2015. Took Declan McGrath's advice in his "Guide to the Comeraghs" book and parked in Coumnagappul at a point on the other side of the mountain from "A". The road in is protected by modern gates with clear and concise instructions on each of them. Happily, they were all open so no opening/closing required. Saw no churns on either Milk Hill or Bleantasor but did get to the wooden cross. The remains of a solitary churn, the rusted top half, were near the fascinating stone cairns on Bleantasor. For such a small top it is littered with ancient remains. Worth a visit for the valley of Coumnagappul alone. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/821/comment/17921/
