Like Knockbwee, which is on the other side of the County Bounds road, this peak is in the very extensive townland of Derrynasaggart.   Cnoc an Choimín is the 826th highest place in Ireland.

What can I say about the route up and down Knockacommeen? Only that my wife never wants to visit this hill again, ever!

As for the summit, the spot height is not the summit (as marked on my old OSI sheet 79). It is clearly in the area round the forestry corner, as pointed out by Jackill.
