Like Knockbwee, which is on the other side of the County Bounds road, this peak is in the very extensive townland of Derrynasaggart.   Cnoc an Choimín is the 825th highest place in Ireland.

Park at W15048 79413 starA in a gap just off the main road, room for 2 cars,hop the gate and follow the forest track uphill until it stops.Do not try to cross the obvious clearing, it is akin to the Irish sea for wetness. Walk through the trees uphill,passing many large boulders, as far as you can. you'll come to open ground and then cross the bog to the summit near the forestry corner.
