MountainViews.ie Picture about mountain Boviel Top (<i>Cnoc na Botha Maoile</i>) in area Sperrin Mountains, Ireland
Picture: Looking south from high point

Short, simple walk up grassy track.
Short Summary created by Colin Murphy  24 Apr 2023
There is space for one/two vehicles to park at the top of the Boviel road off the Glenshane pass at C73798 08595 starA. You are already at 400m elevation here so there is little in the way of climbing. Climb over the gate at the end of the road and follow the grassy track up the gently rising slope to the NW for about 750m. The high point is a slightly elevated heathery bump. Up and down in 30 minutes. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/607/comment/5366/
