Picture: Summit area

Little climbing but wet underfoot.
Short Summary created by Colin Murphy  31 Oct 2023
Simplest approach is from the Priest’s Leap car park to the east, at V98513 61078 starA, which is situated at 400m elevation. Head directly east, following an occasional faint trail, reaching The Priest’s Leap after about 800m, then continue down into the col, passing a tiny, unnamed lough after about 1.5km. Continue up the gentle slope over longish grass, damp underfoot, to reach the highpoint after another 1km. Summit area is grassy with several small boulders and one large outcrop of rock. Return via same route. Fine views over Bantry Bay. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/598/comment/5357/
