We considered the ascent from Ballaghbeama Gap too steep to be safe. So, we started from about V766776 starA where there is a small parking place. We headed up the slope. The ground was very rough particularly at the start - lots of holes and tussocks - then onto East Top and the summit. This took about 90 minutes. Afterwards we continued along the ridge to Beann and descended over rough ground towards Tooreennahone (close to point A in the short summary). We met a farmer who was happy to give us permission to cross his land Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/58/comment/23625/
