Crown na rad
by YoungJohn 12 May 2024
Access via a road up by the National School in Fintra. At a sharp left turn before a farm lane to the right, parked. Followed that lane passed a shed. Stayed walking followed the lane for well over a mile until the shoulder of Crownarad. Kept to the ridge as much as possible. Hiked to the summit of Crownarad then traversed to the SW 'summit' but stopped there as the next peak was deceptively
Lower and the afternoon was becoming evening. Medium grade hike but splendid views over Donegal Bay. Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/546/comment/24193/
