Park at the saddle L Kippa (W23626 87990) , in a forest entrance with room for 2-3 cars, and take the lower track marked on the map( the other is impassable, more like a forest ride) and follow it gradually uphill, turning left as you reach the crest of the hill along a winding track. The summit area is by my estimation across the bog 200 meters north from where the track crosses over the hill on a slightly higher patch of bog near a forestry corner.
Park at the saddle L Kippa (W23626 87990) and take the lower track marked on the map(well the other is impassable, more like a forest ride) and follow it to the summit area where by my estimation you will have to pick your way across the bog for 200 meters to get to the summit. The summit is a slightly higher patch of bog near a forestry corner. Walk then to the west descending a slippery slope to a track where a view of Caherbarnagh towering over the rough cliffs of Kippagh Lough awaits you Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/522/comment/4278/
An easy little hill to bag, with decent tracks leading almost to the very top, where upon leaving the track a trek through heather of about 150m is required to reach the high point, which is unmarked. Good views of the Caherbarnaghs but otherwise an unremarkable top. Linkback: mountainviews.ie/summit/522/comment/23188/
