Picture: View of Ridge from summit towards Canuig Mountain and Bolus
Short steep climb
by Fergalh  26 Sep 2022
Parked at bend beside telescope at 400665 starA. Walked east 100 metres and crossed first gate headed up following low wall and two fence crossings before arriving at summit area. Once again extensive views this time over St. Finnans Bay and down towards Ballinskelligs. This is beginning of ridge including Canuig Mountain and Bolus Head. Ground conditions boggy and long grass and not so simple. Linkback:
