House now in field

There is now a house in that field and a cleared area right beside the trig pillar. However, as the trig pillar is in the hedgerow between the two fields it can be approached through the field to the north avoiding the cattle. It is always nice to find a trig at the summit that is not shown on the map well at least the one i am using. Access via the field entrance located at B (X17668 76985) and you can see the trig a few meters over beside an ESB pole.Reasonable views along the coast to Ardmore. Park at W01491 77290 (space for 1 car) after passing the pet farm. Go through the gate up the track until the gate at the end. Now head straight for the ridge, the going is nice, firmish gras...
