This shot shows the approach to the summit (cross in extreme top right), and the extensive damage caused by motorbikes/scramblers. Unfortunately the gate at the base of the track, which gives access to the radio mast area and summit, does not appear to be locked. This means that pretty much anyone can take their motorbike for a blast up to the summit, with obvious consequences. Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/501/comment/2981/
