As this hill is located in a field covered in gorse bushes the easiest access is via the adjacent land owner. Parking at RossPt (L66702 59115). I was fortunate to bump in to the farmer whose farm yard is located here. Be aware the house is a holiday let. Not surprisingly the farmer had his queries allowing for the fact that some great hills and mountains exist within view and I wished to visit a furze covered bump. With reluctance he agreed allowing me access via the upper gate and following the wall up to a second gate leading out to a field with a serious electric fence to cross, after which it was easy to get to the summit.
