Updated Summary:
Access via the Kerry Way
Short Summary created by Colin Murphy  23 Sep 2024
There is parking for several cars at V67129 89455 starA. Walk 100m south along road to a gate and stile to a section of the Kerry Way. Follow this excellent track south for about 1.5km to the col between Seefin and Coolroe and about 330m ascent.
Turn NE, following a narrow trail up through the heather. It’s steepish at first but soon eases. The trail (which comes and goes) loosely follows the line of a fence most of the way to the top, and is boggy in the flatter sections. Eventually after about 2km the slope steepens a little and you will see the summit area marked by a trig at the eastern end and a white cairn to the west.
