There is another hill called Log na Brice nearby on the north side of Lough Nafooey, but in that case the name is anglicised differently as Leynabricka. Previously Lugnabrick 1 in MV.   Log na Brice (mullach thoir thuaidh) is the 589th highest place in Ireland.

Dull summit area but with fine views
Short Summary created by Colin Murphy  14 Oct 2024
Often done as part of a circuit including Ben Beg and the Bunacunneens, it could also be done in isolation. One approach is from the north, where a farmer has previously given permission to use a track starting at L963 569 starA. This takes you to 200m ascent on the northern flank from there it is possible to ascend the steep slope to the col about 800m NW of the summit area. Pass the unlisted SW top (marked by a cairn) to the NE top – a grassy mound with a couple of stones marking the highpoint.
Lugnabrick may also be combined with Knocknagussy, which is about 3km to the SE (see summary for that hill for approach.) Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/476/comment/5235/
