Short Summary created by Colin Murphy  17 May 2011
There is room for one car to park at V 036 698 A, at the entrance to a short track up to a farmhouse. Almost directly across the road another track leads to the NE, although you will need to cross several gates as you go. After about 500m at point V 038 702 B this forks. Take the track to the left which soon becomes a meandering forest trail. Continue up this gently rising track for 1km until the forest ends and the open hillside appears at V 050 707 C. Now turn directly north up the hillside for 600m to attain the summit. The going is reasonably gentle, the terrain boggy in places, a mixture of short heather and grass. The summit itself is unremarkable, distinguished only by a small heathery bump. The views are fine if unspectacular. Time to summit 1 hour.
