This mountain has a megalithic cairn and circles at the summit [The Heritage of Inishowen, Mabel R. Colhoun]. It is known as Raghtin on the Buncrana side and as Coing (meaning 'roof beam') on the Urris side. Another alternative name, Slieve Keeroge, is recorded at logainm.ie and, with a slightly different spelling, Slieve Keerogue, on the 1st edition 6" map.
