I climbed Barnahowna as part of a circuit that included Tullymorehill and Maumtrasna NE top...about 5.5 hours all in with 18km of walking and 600 metres of ascent. I parked at the same place as Ilenia and, after heading up Tullymorehill, followed her route to the summit of Barnahowna. It's a slog as she said but definitely worth it for the far reaching views of the Maumtrasna corries, the Nephins and over to the Sheffrey's. I continued over to Maumtrasna NE top via the col at point c mentioned by simon3. very pleasnat route with great views into the huge Glenawough corrie.
