Cairn on summit. This is an outlier Mount Leinster lying completely in Co. Carlow. Note that there is another hill of this name S of Blackstairs Mountain, though it is spelt Slievebaun in English.   Slievebawn is the 491st highest place in Ireland.

Slievebawn is a very short stroll up from the car park at the 380m contour, which means the mountain itself is only 140m higher. Nice views of Mt Leinster and the eastern side of Blackstairs Mountain (shown in this picture). Trackback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/412/comment/902/
