The day I walked Galtybeg I started at R874 278 A. After summiting Slievecushnabinnia and Galtymore I reached Galtybeg and continued to Cush and finally back to the start - 14km , 4.5 hrs, 20 min stops.

I had a second route planned from the South via Knockeenatoung. The pic highlights the track one can take after coming down from Galtymore (when you want to avoid Galtybeg) and are heading home via Knockeenatoung.
