Having noted the increasing interest in MV comments about the County Tops I thought the following information might be of interest. I climbed Moylussa from the car park in Ballycuggaran Forest (MR R6859975989 B). As suggested by Walter_Hollick I followed the East Clare Way up to its high point on the trail and where it started to descend followed a forest ride up to the right. At the end of the ride I turned right and followed a very muddy and worn track up to the first of the 532m summit points shown on the OSI Sheet 58 at R651756 C. This top was adorned by a variety of sticks and other debris the purpose for which is difficult to imagine(see photo). Thankfully the assorted debris shown in murphysw's comments was no longer there. However it is a second top of the same height 532m some 500m further to the NW which is listed and described by MV as the summit. As I was also doing the County Tops I made my way across to this second 532m top at R 64841 75935 D which is unmarked in any way but is regarded by MV as the summit. From here I went SW along the high ground to the trig point on Cragnamurragh 526m before heading back along the ridge over the first marked 532 m point I had crossed earlier in my walk and down by my outward route.
