Having climbed Mullaghmore with a friend last year, I didn't feel too bad about driving to the start of BT's mast access road, C72950167 starA, just N of Barony Bridge, to climb Mullaghmore's neighbour, White Mountain. It still involved a substantial climb up the road before reaching more level ground where a fence on the left led towards White Mountain. As a few people have mentioned, there are peat hags along the way, but my advice would be to keep to the left (NW side) of the fence where there is slightly higher ground, which reduces the difficulty of crossing the muddy dips in the boggy terrain. The view was surprisingly good and far-ranging. It took me 1 hr 10 mins in total from the gate at the bottom of the access road. This was no. 99 of my Local 100 challenge.
