Hiked Mweelrea at the end of April from the western side. Even though it was a bit muggy the views were still fantastic from the top. We made it up and down in 4 and a half hours. Also stumbled upon a Nokia phone in the boggy part about a quarter of the way up in case anyone has lost one up there recently! It was a great hike – would highly recommend it!
