New Comment: Blustery

Climbed Tievebaun on Saturday just past. Colin's instructions to the top worked a treat, and there's a valve marker post, marked AV at the lay by mentioned, if you're struggling to find it. Conditions were extremely blustery and a pair of fast flowing streams had to be hopped over, but navigation to the top is pretty straight forward. Limited enough views at the top due to the weather conditions, but took the picture below on my descent, looking over to Ben Wiskin and Streedagh. Didnt see any wreckage from the WW2 plane, mentioned in other comments but it wasn't the day for a treasure hunt! Linkback: https://mountainviews.ie/summit/253/comment/20736/
